These terms apply to Mia, the WhatsApp service from IntegriAI Private Limited, trading as IntegrityX.ai ("we", "us"). They do not apply to the IntegrityX business platform, which has its own Terms of Service. Mia's privacy notice is at integrityx.ai/mia/privacy, and its refund rules are at integrityx.ai/refunds.

What Mia does

Mia checks a person, a company, or a vehicle against official Indian registers (PAN, GSTIN, MCA, Vahan, EPFO, court records, sanctions/watchlists, and others) and tells you what the register says.

What Mia does not do

A Mia report is not a verdict on a person and not a guarantee of the outcome of dealing with them. It tells you what an official register returned on the date you asked. It is one input to your own decision, not a replacement for it.

Payment and refunds

Each check costs what Mia quotes you before you pay. If we have not asked the register within 7 days of your payment, you are refunded automatically. Once a register has answered, that is the result you paid for and there is no refund. Full detail: integrityx.ai/refunds.

Acceptable use

Use Mia to check people and businesses for a real reason of your own — hiring someone, paying a business, buying a vehicle, or dealing with a person you do not already know well. Do not use Mia to locate, follow, or build a profile on someone. We limit how many checks one number can run and how many different people can check the same identifier in a day, and we may pause or block a number that looks like it is being used to track a person rather than to make a decision.

Liability

If something goes wrong that is our fault, our responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for the check in question. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
